Suggestions, Reports, and Complaints

Tresun S.R.L. offers anyone the opportunity to report, in good faith or based on reasonable suspicions, any concerns regarding improper behavior, whether attempted, alleged, or actual, or concerning practices of mismanagement that contradict the company's values and principles. Such reports may relate to any individual or activity connected to the company. Tresun S.R.L. is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the information received through these reports, except in the following cases:

• • The whistleblower has given explicit consent to the processing and disclosure of their personal data;
• • It is required by law, for example, to involve the competent authorities;
• • It is necessary to protect the health or safety of individuals;
• • It is indispensable for the defense of the reported party, particularly during hearings and the presentation of defense statements, with the need to justify and demonstrate the indispensability;
• • There is a responsibility for slander or defamation.

Tresun S.R.L. is also committed to ensuring that each report received is handled promptly, keeping the whistleblower informed of the progress and outcome of the process (except in the case of anonymous reports).
